Return window
You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery.
Eligible items
The item must be unused, in its original packaging and with all accessories. For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept items that show signs of misuse or damage caused after delivery.
Faulty or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or refund the full amount.
How to return
Email cadzain@gmail.com with your order number. We will arrange collection or tell you where to send the item.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, or by bank transfer for cash on delivery orders, within 7 to 10 business days after we receive and check the item.
Refused deliveries
If you refuse a cash on delivery order without a valid reason, we may limit cash on delivery on your future orders.
